We are thrilled to announce that we have opened our charity place applications to run the 2026 TCS London Marathon on Sunday 26 April 2026!
Take on the ultimate bucket-list event as part of #TeamNorthCare.
The 26.2-mile route will take you past some of London’s iconic landmarks, with thousands of spectators ready to cheer you on. And with every stride you take, you'll be making a huge difference across our hospitals and communities.
To be considered for a charity place, please complete the application form below. All applications received will be reviewed, with applicants notified of the outcome following the closing date in August.

Registration fee and fundraising requirements
If we are able to offer you one of our charity places, we will ask for the following:
- Registration fee: £50 (payable within 7 days of being offered a place, non-refundable)
- Minimum target: £2,500
