Helvellyn Moonlight Hike

Join #TeamNorthCare for our challenge in the Lake District in October 2025!

Situated in the Lake District, Helvellyn is the third highest point in England, and is known for its dramatic ridges, panoramic views, and rich history.

Trek by torchlight to reach the summit at almost 3,000ft, where you’ll admire the night sky before making the descent back down.

The group will turn off their headtorches and lights at the summit and get present to the dark, enjoy a hot drink from their flasks, and admire the night sky.

We’re partnering with our friends at Overlimits, so you can look forward to highly trained, experienced Mountain Leader support.
